How to Start your Private Label Phone Bag Line?

1. Find a reliable supplier for production.

2. Confirm the design and price 

You can just select some existing styles from the factory and make a small difference based on them. Also, you can make your own design from scratch and send the tech pack to the factory and confirm the details and price.

3. Confirm the logo and method of putting them on a bag 

Send the logo size and discuss with the factory how to put your logo. Usually, logos can be embossed, printed, or on metal patches.  The metal patch will cost more than others, but it looks more high grade.

4. Ask the factory to make the first sample for confirmation 

It will take 7-15days to make the first sample for confirmation.  Sampling fee of $50-$100 per design will be charged, note that the sample fee will be refunded upon bulk production.

5. Start production after confirming the sample. 

After the order is confirmed, the factory will start to buy fabrics after receiving the deposit from the customer. It will take about 30-45days for production. 

6. Packing and shipping.  

You should confirm the packing method with the factory in the inquiry step and get a rough cbm from the factory to check the freight cost. After production is finished, Factory will pack and ship your goods properly to the destination.
